I had a kestrel a few years ago. Unfortunately I lost it and am looking at starting again. I have no idea what bird I will get as yet, but initially I was wondering if anybody would have a list of ideal bird flying weights.
I realise they vary between birds but any idea would help.

You would really need to be more specific as there are so many birds available. Was it a hunting hawk or hunting falcon you had in mind or a bird like a kestrel just to fly for enjoyment?
